Performance Improvement Manager (f/m/d)

In this role, you will lead performance improvements across Readymix operations, aiming to lift operational and financial KPIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement KPI review cycles, promote continuous improvement, and transfer best practices across the CCR Europe network. You will plan and drive optimization initiatives, including CapEx evaluation for quick wins, and support local management in achieving targets. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in an international setting.

• Drive performance improvements of KPIs across RMC operations
• Implement KPI review cycles and focus on improving operating margins
• Support adherence to the RMC Operating Model
• Coordinate resources and evaluate CapEx for quick wins
• Plan and lead optimization visits with Sales, QC, Logistics, Production
• Follow up on opportunities and assist local management to hit goals
• Coordinate PI initiatives with country managers and local PI leads
• Share best practices and deliver training with Heidelberg Materials Knowledge & Training Department
• Collaborate with Global CCR and Group/Area heads to shape the future of RMC business

• Degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience
• 8+ years in concrete materials or related building materials industry
• Concrete production knowledge; plant engineering, processes, control systems, staff management
• Understanding of operational, technical, commercial and financial interrelations
• Practical application of technical recommendations in real environments
• Strong analytic skills; ability to foster data-driven management
• Highly organized with excellent communication and project management skills
• Excellent communication across levels in an international setting
• Fluent English; other regional languages a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
