Performance Marketing Manager (Austria) - (m/f/d)

In this role you will own and execute performance marketing for Shark and Ninja brands, driving traffic, conversions and revenue across channels. You will manage affiliate partnerships and lifecycle communications to boost retention and customer lifetime value. • Execute performance marketing strategy across Shark & Ninja to drive traffic, conversions and revenue growth
• Own and implement the Affiliates channel strategy with key partners
• Develop and manage automated customer lifecycle journeys with timely, relevant messaging
• Create customer segments and personalize communications to boost engagement, retention and conversion
• Identify and test innovative opportunities with a structured test-and-learn approach
• Collaborate with marketing channel specialists to enable omni-channel performance
• Own KPI tracking and forecasting for Revenue, ROAS, Cost%, retention rate and LTV
• Report daily, weekly and monthly performance to stakeholders and align with measurement teams
• Plan and execute NPD launch strategies across digital channels with paid media
• Monitor competitor activity and translate insights into strategy
• Present performance results and opportunities to senior leadership and collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Commercial Finance, Design, Trading and Creative)

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce
• Experience in performance marketing with affiliate networks such as AWIN or similar
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Highly commercial and results-driven with a focus on acquisition and retention metrics
• Confident communicator with cross-stakeholder collaboration experience
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritise to meet deadlines
• Curious and ambitious with a bias toward testing new ideas
