At Arvana, we’re building the first AI-native go-to-market company in DACH. Since 2024, we’ve grown to over €5 million ARR and a team of more than 30, and we’re only just getting started. Over 200 companies, including Swisscom, monday.com, Enpal, Talkdesk, and FreeNow, already rely on us. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for six-figure monthly budgets across Paid Search and Paid Social. We’re data-driven and fast-moving, without lengthy alignment loops. You make decisions independently and take on real budget responsibility.

Задачи:

You take responsibility for entire advertising accounts and independently make the important decisions about their development. You strategically plan the setup of new advertising accounts and quickly get up to speed in complex industries. You create and manage Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns on Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn. Specialization in one or more channels is possible. You keep an eye on all relevant KPIs and react quickly when you notice inconsistencies or opportunities.

Требования:

German at C2 level: You speak and write German confidently and convincingly, because our clients are based in DACH. Experience: You have already set up and managed Paid Search or Paid Social campaigns with monthly budgets in the four- to five-figure range. Working style: You work analytically, proactively, and with a solution-oriented mindset. Motivation: You want to build and manage advertising accounts for leading B2B companies with monthly budgets in the five- to six-figure range alongside experienced people.
