Задачи:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
• Control budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and CPL
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, placements, and messaging
• Ensure accurate tracking with Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and conversion events
• Analyze data and derive concrete optimization measures
• Identify scaling and growth opportunities
• Act as the main paid advertising contact for assigned clients
• Set up and continuously manage advertising accounts
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Collaborate closely with Design, Copy, and Social Media
• Provide data-based performance feedback on creatives
• Create and present weekly and monthly reports
• Clearly communicate results, learnings, and next steps.

Требования:

• Experience as a Performance Marketer or Paid Ads Specialist
• Mandatory C2 German proficiency, written and spoken
• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience managing multiple ad accounts in parallel
• Strong understanding of targeting and retargeting
• Strong understanding of funnel strategies
• Strong understanding of budget planning and scaling
• Analytical, performance-driven mindset
• Structured and reliable working style
• Confident communication with clients and teams
• Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Ads, experience with ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or Trello, agency experience, ability to evaluate and guide creatives based on data.
