Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social

Planning, implementation, management and optimization of paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads.

• Analysis and interpretation of relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR or conversion rate.
• Development of data-driven optimization approaches and strategies to improve performance.
• Ownership of client projects or independent sub-areas within our project teams.
• Preparation, conduct and follow-up of client meetings.
• Ongoing communication with clients via email, calls and coordination meetings.
• Structured management of tasks, timelines and next steps in day-to-day project work.
• Close collaboration with the team on strategy, execution, testing and learnings.
• Coordination of creatives, reporting and feedback within your project teams.
• Accurate reporting and transparent presentation of results and recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in Paid Social.
• Good knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of performance metrics and a data-driven approach.
• Interest in taking responsibility for your own topics and projects.
• A structured, reliable and independent working style, with a good sense for prioritization and project organization.
• Confidence in client communication.
• Enjoy working in a team and advancing projects efficiently together.
• Basic understanding of project management and prioritization.
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Awork, Pipedrive, Brevo, etc. is a plus (not required).
• Very good German skills, spoken and written.
• Residence in Munich or the surrounding area, or willingness to come to the office once a week.
