Performance Marketing Manager – Teilzeit

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), focusing on improving ROAS and lowering CPA
• Build and iterate on Web2App funnels to convert web traffic into mobile app installs
• Develop and test new acquisition funnels (e.g., skincare vertical) to expand our user base
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the product team
• Monitor and report on key growth KPIs (installs, retention, ROAS, CAC)
• Stay up to date on platform changes, best practices, and emerging paid acquisition channels

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a mobile app or D2C environment
• Strong experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager)
• Familiarity with Web2App funnels, deep linking, and mobile attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on KPIs
• Experience with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, lean startup environment
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Based in or near Munich, or willing to work in a hybrid setup
