Personal Shopping and Client Relations Manager (f/m/d) @MYTHERESA

What you will do

• Act as the point of contact and ambassador to Mytheresa’s top clients.
• Develop one-to-one client relationships through regular communications, referring to an individual’s order/return histories to enhance understanding of the client base.
• Increase spend of individuals and develop customer loyalty through understanding customer style needs, identifying sale opportunities for requested items and suggesting additional pieces that fit their taste from weekly uploads.
• Curate weekly emails to customers with recommendations based on their shopping behavior and preferences.
• Create and implement new selling ideas to ensure sales targets are met.
• Drive and participate in all acquisition opportunities.
• Implement an entertainment program and create an extraordinary experience for top customers who join Mytheresa VIP events.
• Responsible for updating the preference sheet/profile of the customers.
• Actively liaise closely with the buying team, the brand marketing team and the brands in case of re-ordering sold-out pieces.
• Demonstrate eagerness to know all about the latest trends in fashion and lifestyle as well as designers.

Who you are

• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position, preferred in the field of luxury fashion, ideally in e-commerce.
• Passionate about your customers – have a true service and ‘roll‑up‑the‑sleeves’ mentality.
• Love for fashion and technology.
• Enthusiastic, innovative and creative.
• Sales‑driven.
• Tech savvy.
• Great communicator.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Polish or Greek) are a valuable asset.
