Personaldisponent / Vertriebsdisponent / Personalberater (m/w/d) – Munich

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the existing client and employee portfolios (focus EG1‑EG4/5+).
• Take over established staff relationships and fixed clientele.
• Deliver independent, responsible decision‑making and self‑managed work in a stable, crisis‑resistant environment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience within the temporary employment (“Zeitarbeit”) industry, preferably in an internal role.
• Knowledge of personnel services, employee leasing, and temporary employment processes.
• Self‑motivation, proactive and autonomous work style.
