Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Versorgung unserer Bewohner*innen durch eine bedürfnisorientierte Grund- und Behandlungspflege auf Touren in Stadtsteinach
Erstellung, Umsetzung und Evaluation individueller Pflegepläne
Medikamentenmanagement und Wundversorgung auf Basis ärztlicher Verordnungen
Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation
Beratungseinsätze nach §37.3
Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegekonzepts
Anleitung und Unterstützung von Pflegehilfskräften und Auszubildenden
Keine geteilten Dienste - Frühdienst oder Spätdienst

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z.B. Altenpfleger*in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in)
Idealerweise Zusatzausbildung zur Praxisanleitung
Führerschein Klasse B
Pflegerisches Grundverständnis und (erste) Erfahrung in der Altenpflege
Bereitschaft zum Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienst
Empathie, Teamgeist und Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
