What you can expect

  • Support the budget planning and cashflow analyses using an established portfolio model and assist in the creation of hold/sell analyses.
  • Assist in creating property, financial and corporate analysis and contribute to the strategic management of real estate investments or targets.
  • Work closely with the portfolio management team and with Luxembourg‑based fund operations and fund administration teams.
  • Create reports such as quarterly, annual financial and non‑financial reports, including preparation of investor reporting and corresponding presentations.
  • Participate in cross‑functional and international projects, focusing on independent handling and quality assurance on large data sets.
  • Support transaction processes for acquiring and disposing assets, including quality assurance of data rooms and assistance with internal and external approval processes.
  • Collaborate with professionals in various departments such as Transaction, Asset Management and Corporate Finance.

What you will bring

  • Academic background: Bachelor degree specializing in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
  • Relevant work experience from internships or as a working student.
  • Proficient analytical, technical and writing skills, excellent knowledge of standard MS Office applications (especially strong Excel skills).
  • Strong German and English fluency (written and verbal).
  • Very high degree of analytical competence.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute, open‑mindedness to work on various projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal professionally and credibly with senior executives and external partners or service providers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to function under tight time frames while delivering accurate work.
