PGIM Private Credit | Investment Analyst

As an Investment Analyst in the DACH Direct Lending team, you will gain hands-on exposure to credit analysis, financial modelling, and market research to underwrite new investments. You will support monitoring and performance evaluation of existing portfolio assets and contribute to investment materials and discussions. The role sits in a growing private credit platform within a global asset manager, offering a fast-moving environment with opportunities to shape new business. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver value and drive the platform’s expansion.

• Conduct credit analysis including company, market and industry research
• Build and maintain financial models to support underwriting of new direct lending investments
• Monitor and evaluate performance of existing portfolio investments
• Support investment decision-making through relative value analysis and preparation of materials
• Participate in investment discussions and identify new business opportunities
• Work in a fast-moving transactional environment with exposure to new opportunities

• Early-career experience in financial services with exposure to credit, lending, investment analysis or financial modelling
• Strong analytical skills to assess companies, markets and financial performance
• Proactive, curious mindset and ability to learn in a collaborative investment team
