What you will do

This permanent opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional in financial services who is looking to build their career within the DACH Direct Lending team, part of a growing Direct Lending platform, at a leading global asset manager. As an Investment Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience in credit analysis, financial modelling , market and industry research, and the underwriting of new investments . You will also support the ongoing monitoring and performance evaluation of existing portfolio investments , while contributing to investment discussions , relative value analysis and the identification of new business opportunities .

What you can expect

• Develop hands-on experience in credit analysis, including company, market and industry research.
• Build and maintain financial models to support the underwriting of new direct lending investments.
• Contribute to the monitoring and performance evaluation of existing portfolio investments.
• Support investment decision-making through relative value analysis, research and preparation of investment materials.
• Work in a fast-moving transactional environment with exposure to new business opportunities and a growing DACH Direct Lending team.

What you will bring

• Early-career experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to credit, lending, investment analysis or financial modelling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess companies, markets, industries and financial performance.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn, ask questions and contribute to a collaborative investment team.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• An interest in pursuing, or continuing progress towards, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program would be beneficial.
