Tempris, an internationally operating SME located south of Munich, has established a leading position in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and diagnostics industries with its innovative in-process control measurement systems.

Tempris systems are used for the measurement and transmission of product temperature with battery-free wireless sensor technology, which makes the freeze-drying process more efficient and safer under extreme environmental conditions and according to GMP standards. For our production and administration site at the Sandoz Campus in Holzkirchen near Munich, we are looking for you as

Service Technician for Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology (m/f/d)

Full-time, Permanent Position (Reference SV-04)

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of equipment and systems in pharmaceutical and medical technology
• Performing service calls and troubleshooting on-site at customer locations and in the workshop
• Conducting safety and measurement checks in accordance with applicable legal requirements and quality standards
• Documenting all service, maintenance, and repair work
• Providing technical advice to customers and instructing them on the operation and use of equipment and systems
• Collaborating closely with the service, quality management, sales, and technical support departments
• Ensuring high service quality and compliance with quality and safety standards
• Participating in the continuous optimization of service and maintenance processes

Your profile

• Completed training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field
• At least two years of professional experience as a service technician (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and handling electrical and electronic systems is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
• Independent, structured, and reliable work approach
• Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to undertake regional and international business tripsen Dienstreisen
