As a Pharmaberater, you are responsible for ensuring and maintaining optimal patient care across assigned customer groups and for the best placement and clear demonstration of the benefits of GSK products.

Hauptaufgaben

• Revenue and result responsibility for the products in the region.
• Territory management based on established processes (e.g., creating a region‑specific action plan, analysing sales development, deriving corresponding measures, using available IT and analysis tools, managing budgets, planning visits) and systematic success control.
• Informing customer groups about product applications and benefits.
• Planning, organising and conducting events such as training of doctors, nurses, or practice staff, or other relevant target groups in accordance with GSK guidelines.
• Cross‑territory cooperation with colleagues and other functional areas as needed.

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Qualification according to §75 AMG or a comparable university degree.
• Knowledge of sales channels and commercial conditions in the private practice sector (e.g., discount schemes, pricing, legal requirements).
• Sales‑ and customer orientation, accountability towards customers.
• Representation of GSK guidelines and the code of conduct.
• Ethical standards towards oneself and the company.
• Fluent German language skills.

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales.
