Overview

As part of a doctoral program, you will develop wafer-level inertial MEMS test content and design test chips focused on stiction and robustness. You collaborate across disciplines to translate innovative testing techniques into product-ready solutions. This role supports your PhD with hands-on experimentation and close ties to university topics, while aligning with Bosch’s engineering and innovation culture. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape MEMS characterization methods and contribute to real-world products.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Develop wafer-level inertial MEMS test content for characterization
  • Design and characterize inertial MEMS test chips with focus on stiction and robustness
  • Develop innovative testing techniques transferable to real products
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document results
  • Contribute to PhD research under university supervision
  • Support measurement setups and data analysis to validate test content
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Master in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar field
  • experience with FPGA systems and tools
  • background in analog electronics; circuit design and simulation experience (e.g., Ansys, Comsol)
  • understanding of electrical measurement techniques
  • programming skills in C++, Python, MATLAB
  • knowledge about semiconductors and MEMS
  • languages: English and German (B2)
  • strong team player and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
