The Cluster for Nucleic Acid Sciences and Technologies – NUCLEATE invites applications for PhD or Postdoctoral Researchers (f/m/d) at the NUCLEATE Excellence Cluster, Würzburg, Germany. The Cluster unites outstanding research on nucleic acids (RNA/DNA) and associated protein complexes, spanning basic research to novel nucleic acid–based technologies and medicine. We are recruiting an international group of PhD candidates or postdoctoral researchers eager to join this exciting program at the Würzburg site. What you will do

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team of international scientists providing guidance and support. Structured mentoring and training, as well as opportunities to present your work at international conferences, will serve as an ideal preparation for careers in academia or industry, including roles as entrepreneurs or policy makers in nucleic acid research.

Qualifications

• For PhD positions: Master’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, chemistry, medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, bioinformatics, biotechnology or a related discipline.
• For Postdoctoral positions: Doctoral degree in one of the relevant fields.
