  • translational clinical research of organ specific, cancer, and cardio-vascular topics
  • planning, preparing and conducting experiments
  • methods development in the spatial omics and tissue pathology
  • collaborative bioinformatics analysis of single-cell sequencing and spatial omics data
  • present your data at international conferences and by publishing results in international peer-reviewed journals
  • Master's degree (Diploma or comparable) in life sciences
  • strong background in molecular biology, medicine, biochemistry, biophysics, bioinformatics or related
  • interdisciplinary focus in molecular biology, microscopy/imaging and/or bioinformatics
  • programming skills or solid experience with deep learning methodologies is an advantage
  • great interest in methods development
  • excellent written and spoken English skills
  • willingness to independently coordinate project-specific tasks and processes
  • strong teamwork and collaboration skills
