Photovoltaics Project Manager, PV Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for customers after contract signing during ongoing PV projects
• Coordination of project workflows, schedules, dispatch/resource planning and internal interfaces
• Coordination of technical inspection/test results in AC and DC areas
• Clarification of technical changes with customers, planning and specialist departments
• Review, tracking and completeness checks of project‑related documentation
• Support of solar projects through grid connection, commissioning and thorough documentation
• Active management of delays, queries and escalations
• Close collaboration with installation teams, planning, grid operators and commercial departments

Requirements

• Experience in project management, project coordination, scheduling/dispatch, order processing or customer support
• Also suitable for Solar Project Coordinators (m/f/d), PV administrative specialists (m/f/d) or commercial‑technical generalists
• Technical training is an advantage, e.g. in electronics, energy engineering, trades or construction
• Career changers from internal sales/office, order control or technical customer support are welcome
• Good technical understanding and interest in photovoltaics, solar technology and energy projects
• Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, resilience and a confident manner in coordination situations
• Very good German language skills and a valid driving license (Class B)
