Physician - Family Medicine

Position Summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Family Medicine physician for our ambulatory primary care practice. The role includes deliver primary care services with embedded behavioral health resources, RN care management, medication refill support, and a robust clinical quality program.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

Base salary (12‑month guarantee) $269,735–$298,514 with potential quality‑based incentive. Benefits include medical, dental, annual leave, CME, retirement, and malpractice insurance.

Employment Details

FTE: 1.0 Shift: Days Schedule: 4 10‑hour or 5 8‑hour days Monday‑Friday (varies by clinic)

Requirements

• Board certified or eligible at time of employment
• Licensed in the state of WA by time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
