## Plant Controller / Production Controller (f/m/d)Applylocations: Hamburgtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_ **Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* As part of a small team, you take responsibility for controlling at our production site and prepare as well as analyze cost and profitability reports.* You conduct target vs. actual comparisons, identify savings potentials, and develop optimization strategies.* You support management in decision-making through well-founded financial analyses and ad-hoc evaluations.* You create and monitor budgets, forecasts, and investment planning.* You review and manage production metrics to ensure efficiency and profitability.* You collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to analyze cost structures and material flows.* You continuously develop controlling tools and processes at the site.# Qualifications:* You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, controlling, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.* You have several years of professional experience in plant, supply chain or production controlling, ideally in an industrial environment.* You have in-depth knowledge of accruals and provisions.* You are proficient in SAP (CO/FI modules / MM / PP / SD), MS Excel and Power BI.* You think analytically, have a strong affinity for numbers, and demonstrate initiative.* You communicate clearly and effectively, ask critical questions in complex matters, and enjoy working independently as well as within a team.* You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
