The role serves as a key coordination hub across functions, ensuring transparency, alignment and effective delivery of the Plant Master Plan, budgeting processes and strategic initiatives.Main Responsibilities:Support the Plant Manager in driving governance, transformation initiatives, strategic priorities and plant-wide alignment across all functionsLead the development, coordination and execution monitoring of the Plant Master Plan, translating transformation priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomesCoordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment of financial resources with transformation and business prioritiesEstablish and maintain effective reporting and performance management routines to track progress against business objectivesDrive cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely deliveryPromote project management standards and governance principles to strengthen execution excellence across the plantPrepare management reviews, executive presentations and strategic communications for plant and central leadership teamsFoster collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement by coordinating plant-wide activities and prioritiesAbout You:University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related fieldSeveral years of professional experience in governance, project management, business planning, controlling or cross-functional coordination, preferably within a multinational manufacturing environmentStrong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneouslyGood understanding of business processes and interdependencies across manufacturing functions and SQCDME dimensionsExperience in coordinating cross-functional projects and driving initiatives in collaboration with diverse stakeholdersStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively across plant, area and central functionsAbility to prepare clear presentations, management reports and decision-making materials for leadership teamsProactive, structured and collaborative working style with a strong sense of ownershipFluent in EnglishWhat We Offer:Careers with caring built in - discover our benefits here.About Ferrero:Ferrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
