Platform Architect US Security & IT (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable CX solutions using platforms like Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS services.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to translate business requirements into contact center solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, solution diagrams, and sales collateral to support pre-sales.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years hands‑on experience in contact center administration, configuration, or systems design.
• 2-3+ years direct experience with Amazon Connect or Zendesk.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, IAM, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.
