Platform Engineer IAM – SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (f/m/d)

Join E.ON Digital Technology as a Platform Engineer IAM – SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance, responsible for managing and optimizing SAP IDM & GRC environments and automating identity lifecycle processes to support E.ON’s digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within the product team "SAP IDM/GRC".
• Integrate the existing SAP IDM/GRC solution with other corporate applications and infrastructures, focusing on modern SAP applications.
• Analyze development requirements and integrate them into the SAP GRC solution based on SAP GRC 12.0.
• Collaborate with and manage external partners.
• Contribute to and coordinate Agile projects and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics or similar, or completed IT education combined with extensive professional experience with SAP GRC.
• Thorough knowledge of the configuration, customization, and workbench of SAP GRC Access Control, Firefighter, Risk Analyses, the MSMP Workflow & BRF+.
• Good knowledge of development language SAP ABAP.
• Experience implementing GRC solutions in complex corporate environments, focusing on SAP enterprise applications (Cloud and On‑Premise).
• Knowledge of IT protocols such as SAML, SCIM, and REST.
• Experience operating an integrated SAP IDM & GRC landscape and familiarity with SAP UI technologies such as Fiori is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial.
