The company is a growing B2B SaaS business in Berlin that provides a shared cloud platform for multiple product engineering teams.

Build and evolve shared platform infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes
Design scalable and reliable environments for multiple product engineering teams
Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
Develop platform tooling and automation in Go and/or Python
Build and improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows
Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment management
Improve Kubernetes reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
Create reusable platform components and engineering standards
Improve observability across cloud infrastructure and services
Reduce manual operational work through automation and self-service tooling
Support engineering teams with deployment, infrastructure, and production challenges
Help shape the technical direction and architecture of the platform as the company scales.

5+ Years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
Strong knowledge of AWS
Strong knowledge of Terraform
Experience with Go and/or Python
Experience with GitOps
Experience with CI/CD
Knowledge of Linux and cloud-native infrastructure
Strong understanding of distributed production environments
Nice to have: Argo CD / Flux, Helm, Backstage, Prometheus / Grafana / OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes Operators, Crossplane, AWS EKS, Docker / container platforms, Platform APIs, Internal Developer Platforms, experience building self-service infrastructure for engineering teams.
