Create Fascination: Your Responsibilities

Develop PLD/FPGA solutions for embedded systems used in aerospace applications
Perform and coordinate tasks related to the development of complex firmware applications with a wide range of functions, including support through certification
Develop and coordinate complex firmware applications
Implement technical requirements and detailed specifications for the optimal use of hardware architecture, electronic assemblies, and FPGA control systems
Define, program, commission, and test Board Support Packages (BSPs) for electronic control units and/or applications
Coordinate task content and timelines with relevant stakeholders
Conduct PLD/FPGA reviews for requirements analysis as well as conceptual and detailed design
Evaluate, document, and communicate verification results
Create, review, and assess safety concepts and safety analyses
Develop test strategies
Collaborate within interdisciplinary development teams

Bring Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable qualification
Experience in PLD firmware development within the aerospace industry
Proven experience in embedded systems development
Proven experience with PLD/FPGA technologies and FPGA development tools (e.g. Microsemi, Xilinx, Altera, Libero)
Experience with model-based software development methods and tools (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink) is desirable
Knowledge of PLD/FPGA verification, preferably using Modelsim or RivieraPro
Experience in aerospace PLD/FPGA development according to RTCA DO-254 is considered an advantage
Ability to work effectively in development teams within an agile framework
