PLM External Expert (m/f/d)

Overview

We are looking for a proactive individual with a scientific background to take responsibility for the smooth coordination of our international contract manufacturers. From reviewing manufacturing documentation to representing packaging activities in global study teams – you will manage complex processes reliably within timelines and budgets. If you are fluent in German and English and have initial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, we look forward to your energy and organizational skills! In your new role, you will be responsible for coordinating the packaging and labeling of clinical trial materials at international contract manufacturers. You will also process and coordinate procedures in a dynamic environment and work effectively with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders. Your tasks include developing improvement proposals for risk minimization and process optimization. You will be responsible for reviewing the manufacturing documentation of contract manufacturers and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. You will represent packaging and labeling activities in global trial teams for study processing and handle deviations.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Masterstudium mit erster Berufserfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie oder in einer anderen regulierten Industrie
• Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie , von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in Verpackung, Kennzeichnung und Versorgung klinischer Prüfpräparate im internationalen Umfeld sowie Projektmanagement und Supply Chain Management
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie eine ausgeprägte Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Systeme und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
• Effektive Kommunikation mit externen Partnern und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung in Verbindung mit einer strukturierten und zielorientierten Arbeitsweise
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Vor-Ort-Präsenz sowie zur engen Zusammenarbeit im Team, Homeoffice ist nach Abstimmung möglich
