PLM Senior Product Owner (m/f/d)

In this role, you will lead strategic PLM initiatives aligned with Advantest’s objectives, driving efficiency and innovation in engineering processes. You will optimize PLM workflows, collaborate with global engineering, IT, and contract manufacturers, and manage stakeholder expectations. You will empower users through training and sustained support to maximize Windchill PLM capabilities. This position offers a chance to shape PLM strategy and enable cross-functional data sharing at scale.

• Lead PLM strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives and engineering processes
• Analyze and optimize PLM workflows to improve productivity and data accuracy, implementing best practices
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and contract manufacturers globally to gather requirements and resolve system issues
• Manage relationships with global business units, communicating progress and gathering feedback
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing Windchill PLM support

• Extensive PLM expertise with implementation and configuration experience
• Experience with multiple PLM applications (Windchill, Teamcenter) is a plus
• Strong business process knowledge for translating requirements into PLM solutions
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, IT, and business units
• Training and change management experience for user adoption
