As a Project Manager NDT, you will lead the development and rollout of advanced inspection methods from concept to field application. You will align with technical management to deliver complex projects and may progress into group leadership. The role sits in Mannheim and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets. You will help shape innovative NDT solutions for the nuclear industry and drive continuous process improvement.

• Plan, manage, and execute NDT projects including advanced and mechanized techniques
• Collaborate with technical leadership on development, qualification, and deployment of new inspection solutions
• Coordinate and guide interdisciplinary project teams
• Ensure targets for quality, cost, and schedule are met
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation measures
• Support technical and commercial proposal preparation
• Drive continuous improvement of inspection processes and project execution

• Degree in engineering or industrial engineering
• 4+ years in a technical environment, ideally in NDT
• Proven project management experience
• Strong technical understanding with ability to communicate complex topics clearly
• Initial leadership experience
• Fluent in German and good English skills
