PMO Global HR Transformation (m/f/x)

Lead the PMO for a global HR transformation program implementing SAP SuccessFactors across multiple countries. You will ensure integrated steering, delivery assurance, and a coherent master plan across workstreams. You drive risk, dependency, and budget management, and supervise external system integrators. You will provide functional leadership to the PMO and enable clear, executive-ready reporting.

• Steer the PMO for a global HR program with wide country scope and many contributors
• Oversee integrated delivery of SAP SuccessFactors rollout with master plan across workstreams, milestones, and dependencies
• Ensure transparency and decision readiness for senior management via risk/dependency management and escalation
• Manage overall budget with forward-looking cost planning and financial tracking
• Direct performance of the external system integrator to guarantee delivery quality and escalation
• Provide functional leadership to the PMO team and uphold high governance standards

• Master's degree in relevant field with experience in international complex transformation programs
• Proven leadership in a matrix organization and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Strong program governance, financial steering, risk/dependency management, executive reporting
• Solid understanding of HR processes and HR IT landscapes, SAP SuccessFactors or similar
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for presenting to senior management and international stakeholders
• Business-fluent in German and English
