Portfolio Manager / Portfolio Director

We are supporting a fast-growing, investor-backed technology and industrial focused company headquartered in Germany in hiring a Portfolio Manager / Director level professional.

The role will focus on portfolio management, operational integration and value creation , working closely with the investment/leadership team and management teams across the company's portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive post-acquisition integration and operational improvement initiatives
• Work closely with management teams to implement value-creation plans
• Coordinate initiatives across finance, operations and leadership
• Monitor portfolio company performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead PMI, transformation and other strategic projects

Ideal background:

• 5–10+ years of experience in portfolio operations, value creation, PMI, strategy & transformation, or consulting
• Hands-on experience working with operating companies
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and English
• Flexible on seniority depending on relevant experience
