Portfolio Operations & Systems Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, structured professional to take ownership of how project information, systems, and workflows are organised and used across the business. The focus of this role is to make sure project teams are supported by clear processes, reliable systems, and well-maintained information, so projects can move forward efficiently and transparently. You will act as the link between project teams, management, and digital tools, ensuring day-to-day operations are well structured and scalable.

The Role

• Managing and maintaining project information and documentation across all development activities
• Ensuring project systems are used consistently and correctly by teams
• Supporting the improvement of internal workflows, including approvals, documentation, and handovers
• Identifying inefficiencies in how projects are tracked and helping to implement practical improvements
• Making sure contractual and regulatory documents are stored, structured, and easily traceable
• Supporting management with clear, up-to-date project overviews rather than complex reporting frameworks
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and system specialists to ensure tools support real project needs

Ideal Candidate

• Several years of experience in project-related operations, systems, or coordination roles
• Background in renewable energy, or other project-driven environments
• Comfortable working with digital project tools and structured documentation
• Strong organisational skills and a practical mindset
• Someone who enjoys bringing order, clarity, and structure to complex project environments
• Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on project needs
