Post Merger Integration Lead (M&A) - Commercial Focus (d/f/m)

About this Position

As the Post Merger IntegrationLead (d/f/m), you will be a core member of the integration management office.You will design and manage the commercial integration of acquired businessesand assets in alignment with Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ strategy, values,and deal thesis. You will develop and execute detailed project plans, overseekey operational transformation, and contribute to realizing the full potentialof each transaction.

What you´ll do

• Establish the overall commercial (go-to-market)integration strategy and detailed integration plan together with theintegration business sponsor
• Operationalize, drive andrealize identified deal synergies
• Define key value drivers &KPIs, integration priorities, and operational initiatives to achieve value& track success of initiatives against targets
• Work with the business team,functional integration leaders and acquired company to break down barriersand identify risks/ mitigation plans to deliver on the deal thesis andcritical business results
• Prepare and present regularprogress reports to executive leadership
• Capture lessons learned andrecommendations for future acquisitions to continuously improveintegration M&A playbook
• Support ad-hoc projects andanalyses as required

What makes you a good fit

• University degree inbusiness, STEM or relatedfields
• 8+ years of M&Aintegration, consulting, or operational experience, with at least 5 yearsof direct M&A integration experience focused on commercialcustomer-facing integration activities
• Proven track record inundertaking commercial integrations across multiple acquisitions and handson experience in designing and implementing initiatives to realize value
• Expertise in M&A, changemanagement, and operational integration best practices, tools, andmethodologies
• Excellent communication andstakeholder management abilities, with a proactive and collaborativeapproach
• Exceptional project management,organizational, and attention-to-detail skills necessary for drivingcomplex, global initiatives
• Fluent English language skills
• Willingness to travel (asneeded) to support deal activities and integration
