Post Merger Integration Lead (M&A) - Commercial Focus (d/f/m)

In this role you will lead the commercial post-merger integration, shaping go-to-market alignment and synergies for acquired businesses. You’ll partner with the Integration Sponsor and cross-functional teams to plan, drive value-driving initiatives, and track outcomes against targets. You will communicate progress to executives and capture lessons to improve the M&A playbook. This is a high-impact, global role that combines strategy, execution, and stakeholder management to realize deal value.

• Define the overall commercial integration strategy and plan with the sponsor
• Operationalize and realize deal synergies
• Identify value drivers, KPIs, and prioritised initiatives
• Collaborate with business teams, functional leaders and acquired companies to remove barriers and manage risks
• Prepare and present progress reports to executive leadership
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to the M&A playbook improvements
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects and analyses

• University degree in business, STEM or related fields
• 8+ years of M&A integration, consulting, or operational experience
• At least 5 years in direct M&A integration focused on commercial, customer-facing activities
• Proven track record across multiple acquisitions of commercial integration initiatives
• Expertise in M&A, change management, and operational integration best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel
