Your Responsibilities
Develop an independent and internationally visible research profile in digital transformation and digital business.
Design, conduct, and lead rigorous empirical research, with the explicit aim of publishing in the leading journals of the field, including the AIS Senior Scholars' List of Premier Journals.
Take on teaching responsibilities at Bachelor and Master levels.
Engage actively in the international research community.
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary, international team.
Contribute to the acquisition of competitive third-party research funding.
Your Profile
An above-average doctoral degree (PhD) in Information Systems, Computer Science, technically oriented Business or Economics, Psychology, or a closely related field.
A strong publication record, or clear and demonstrable potential, in leading international journals, preferably in Information Systems or Management.
A genuine interest in digital transformation, digital business, and digital value creation in organizations.
A solid command of empirical and/or design-science research methods.
The ability to communicate complex topics clearly and to work effectively.
Very good written and spoken English. Good German skills, or a willingness to develop them, are an advantage.
