Dedicated to advancing power module development through the integration of automated design synthesis based on Multiphysics Modeling &Simulation . Combining deep expertise in power electronics, packaging technologies, thermal management, reliability, and simulation-driven development with cutting-edge optimization and synthesis methods including AI. Focused on creating next-generation development environments where physics-based models and machine learning accelerate the design, optimization, and validation of power modules for SiC and GaN applications.

Responsibilities

Required Core Expertise

• Power Module expertise with a focus on Multiphysics Modeling & Simulation (Electrical, Thermal, Mechanical) .
• Virtual Product Development & Digital Twins .
• Machine learning & Agentic AI .
• Ansys tools or similar .

Other Areas of Expertise include:

• Design Space Exploration & Optimization .
• SiC and GaN Power Electronics .
• Reliability & Lifetime Prediction .
• Automation with Python .
• Excels in worldwide team environments .

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in working with modeling & simulation on power modules.
• Multiphysics Modeling & Simulation (Electrical, Thermal, Mechanical) of Power Modules.
• Virtual Product Development & Digital Twins .
• Machine learning & Agentic AI .
• Ansys tools or similar .
• Strong English communication capability.
• Strong learning capability.
• Good team player.
