动力系统专家(Powertrain Development Expert)

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Powertrain Development Expert to help us build up our localization R&D competence in Europe. You will be the front of the Great Wall MotorsGroup (GWM) and will have the dedication to technically secure our success in EU.

The goal is to make our products meet the requirement of our customers and markets in EU, as well as to forge strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the powertrain development relevant topics specifically for EU and related markets;
• Work with international development teams together with focus on the emission optimization, powertrain application and calibration to technically ensure our vehicles fulfil all EU regulations and be perfectly adapted to the EU customer requirements;
• Support the planning, organization and Implementation of works required in the area powertrain localization in EU, especially the vehicletesting ;
• Communicate with and coordinate external resources and supports;
• Lead the benchmarking and trends analysis of advanced powertrain and powertrain integration worldwide, focusing on PHEV and BEV .

Requirements

• Master degree or above, in engineering or other comparable technical range;
• At least 5 year s ’ practical experience of powertrain development, direct working experience by or for established OEM in EU is highly preferred;
• Technical expertise is prioritized over project management experience;
• Comprehensive and deep understanding of PHEV and BEV powertrain development, as well as power electronics or electric motors;
• Familiar with powertrain relevant technical regulations (e.g. emission) and homologation ;
• Fluently speaking English, German and Chinese skills preferred;
• Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results;
• Flexible regarding travels in EU and to China in order to collaborate with other developments and for project progress.
