PR Manager (m/f/d)

J&T Express is a fast-growing global logistics company with a strong focus on e-commerce and last-mile delivery. With operations across Asia and rapid expansion in Europe, we are currently building our German organization and hiring key team members to support our growth.

The PR Manager will lead J&T Express Europe's public relations strategy and communications across European markets. This role will be responsible for managing PR agencies, media relations, crisis communications, corporate messaging and reputation management while supporting the company's European expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European PR strategy.
• Manage PR agencies and external communication partners.
• Lead media relations across Europe.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media and industry stakeholders.
• Develop crisis communication frameworks, playbooks and response procedures.
• Oversee daily media monitoring, issue assessment and reputation management.
• Develop messaging frameworks and communication guidelines.
• Support executive communications and corporate announcements.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with Branding, Operations, Customer Service and Legal teams.
• Track PR performance and provide regular management reports.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations.
• Experience managing PR agencies.
• Strong experience in media relations and crisis communications.
• Experience developing PR strategies and communication frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Fluent in German and English .
• Chinese is a plus.
• Experience working across multiple European markets is preferred.
