Overview

In this role you help ensure PRD programmes meet their targets by shaping QA policies and monitoring their implementation across ground and space segment procurements. You will develop and update QA documentation, define and track metrics, and support formal and test reviews. You work closely with cross-functional teams to manage risk, lessons learned, and IVV activities, contributing to a cost-effective, end-to-end satellite system validation. This position offers the chance to influence quality policy in a highly technical, internationally oriented environment at EUMETSAT/Terma, with opportunities for growth and exposure to cutting-edge space programmes.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Monitor and improve PRD Divisions QA plans and policies
Propose new QA documentation (procedures, practices) for PRD divisions
Update existing QA documentation as needed
Control, monitor, and report on Ground Segment procurement
Control, monitor, and report on Space Segment procurement
Develop and implement new QA metrics
Contribute to Formal Reviews and Test Reviews
Support IVV activities control, monitoring and reporting
Contribute to Risk Management and Lessons Learned activities

Zentrale Anforderungen

University degree in a technical discipline with at least 5 years in space systems or highly regulated environments
Proven experience in project QA roles
Knowledge of system engineering life-cycles
Knowledge/experience with ECSS or New Space frameworks
Knowledge/experience with ISO 9001:2015
Experience in organizing and conducting Project Reviews
Fluency in English
Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
