Pre-Sales Representative – Lead Qualification, Appointment Setting

• Pre-qualify incoming leads by phone
• Determine whether and when a kitchen project is likely to move forward
• Schedule qualified consultation appointments with our kitchen sales representatives
• Document conversations and results in our digital tools
• Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams
• Qualify incoming leads who have already expressed interest by phone
• Establish the first personal contact with interested customers

Requirements

• Enjoy speaking on the phone and interacting with people
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a persuasive manner
• Structured and reliable approach to work
• Enjoy working with targets, numbers, and in a dynamic environment
• Initial experience in pre-sales, sales, telesales, or customer service is a plus
• Native-level German proficiency
• Very good English skills
