Presales/Solution Manager, Germany - Utility PV & BESS

We are looking for a technical Sales and customer - oriented Solution Manager to join our overseas team, focusing on the Utility photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage business in Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating client needs into customized technical solutions, leading proposal development, and ensuring solutions comply with local standards to support business growth.

1. 1.Provide technological consulting to customers and colleagues in Account Management.
2. 2.Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions during quotation preparation and first-level customer support.
3. 3.Facilitate communication between our HQ in China, the Office in Germany, and other offices regarding product development, technical improvements, and changes.
4. 4.Evaluate certification requirements, oversee testing and certification processes, and possess a profound understanding of local grid codes in the Germany.
5. 5.Manage all technical documentation for products.
6. 6.Conduct frequent benchmarking of our products against competitors and monitor market developments.
