Pricing Analyst

Overview

Maison Guerlain is looking for a Pricing Analyst (F/H/X) to join our teams at the international headquarters at La Samaritaine (Paris). Under the responsibility of the Pricing Manager, you will manage the pricing strategy for a range of countries and support strategic decision-making.

Job responsibilities

• Manage the pricing strategy for a geographical area: analyze Guerlain’s pricing positions, create price simulation dashboards, communicate price lists, and ensure their maintenance.
• Implement competitive monitoring: identify product innovations and competitor price variations.
• Use pricing management tools: take charge of the new Anaplan pricing tool, optimize existing reports on Excel and Power BI, propose new analysis and management solutions via Power BI, and support skill development of the Pricing department.

Qualifications

• Proficiency of the standard office tools (Powerpoint, Excel) and visualization tools (Power BI, Anaplan or similar).
• Strong numerical aptitude, reactivity, curiosity, precision and independence.
• Good communication skills, team-working ability and a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in French & English.
