Pricing Analyst (m/f/d)

In this role within KUKA’s global Product Management team for Robotics, you will own pricing topics across operative, strategic, and pricing infrastructure domains. You will drive price governance, enrich PIM/CRM/ERP interfaces, and enable sales with strong pricing guidance. You’ll lead global pricing initiatives and ensure data-driven decisions shape product profitability. • Manage operative pricing for Configure to Order products and prepare price lists aligned with the NPI cycle
• Coordinate pricing reviews with Portfolio Managers and handover to CPQ
• Support pricing capability development for local sales teams
• Lead Robotics Price Board and advise global Product Managers on price strategy
• Define and implement multi-channel pricing strategies (distribution, e-commerce)
• Drive price improvement measures and oversee price increases
• Own pricing in the Product Information Management system and optimize CRM-ERP-PIM interfaces
• Train sales in price negotiation and pricing impact communication
• Monitor pricing performance, set up Price Intelligence, and analyze price/discount development by customer segment
• Contribute to pricing system landscape improvements and data-driven insights

• Degree in business, economics or mathematics; minimum 3 years of international sales/pricing experience
• CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) proficiency
• Advanced MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Project management experience
• Strong analytical toolkit (Excel, SQL); Python, R, Tableau a plus
• Strong communication skills to explain pricing clearly and gain sales buy-in
• Intercultural competence and experience working in international environments
• Strong numerical analysis, problem-solving, and structured, results-oriented approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
• Willingness to travel occasionally
