Pricing Analyst, Product Operations (Global Pricing) (Business-Analyst/in)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Pricing Analyst, Product Operations (Global Pricing) to join the Pricing Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As a Pricing Analyst, Product Operations within the Global Pricing Team, you will sit at the intersection of Product & Business. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing how we charge for our services—balancing customer affordability with sustainable unit economics. Your mission is to support the specification, testing, rollout & ongoing operation of pricing features (like Small Order Fees, Service Fees, and Delivery Fee ladders) and provide the insights needed to scale these globally.

Feature Impact Modeling & Forecasting

Based on your conversations with the different pricing teams in Delivery Hero, you will own the "Business Case" for new pricing product requirements. You will build predictive models to estimate the impact of proposed features (e.g., MOV adjustments, service fees) on key metrics like GPO, Conversion Rate, and Order Frequency before they hit the roadmap.

Accountability & Performance Tracking

Lead the testing efforts & rollout analysis for all new pricing features. You will hold stakeholders accountable to adopt new features and compare actual performance against the initial impact estimations, identifying "value leakage" and recommending data-backed pivots.

Strategic Stakeholder Management

Partner with Global Marketing and Regional Ops leads to translate business visions into actionable product requirements. You will refine and challenge stakeholder requests to ensure we are prioritizing high-impact initiatives which benefit the whole organisation.

Pricing Product Operations

Support the day-to-day "Product Ops" side of pricing by monitoring the health of fee structures globally, for example identifying an opportunity to change the distance-based fee increases. This also includes answering questions of the end-users of our product on a daily basis regarding best practices and how to set up a specific pricing strategy within the product.

Advanced Visualization & Tooling

Build accessible, creative, and engaging data visualizations in Tableau/BigQuery to facilitate access to insights. You will own the "Value Tracker" that aggregates incremental revenue generated by pricing features across all regions.

Data Stewardship & Governance

Own the data catalog for all Pricing dimensions, metrics, and KPIs. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product to ensure that experiment data, fee points, and subsidies are correctly logged and scalable.

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience as a Product or Pricing Analyst within a fast-paced marketplace or e-commerce environment.
  • Mastery of BigQuery and SQL is essential with the ability to build Python-based modeling pipelines and experience with GitHub.
  • Strong grasp of applied statistics, specifically for A/B testing and price elasticity modeling.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, GPO, and Contribution Margin). You can explain why a $200 increase in a fee matters to the bottom line.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to translate complex data into a narrative for non-technical stakeholders in Marketing and Product.
  • Experience with Airflow for data pipeline management and familiarity with Google Analytics/Amplitude to track the customer checkout funnel.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working model and face-to-face collaboration 2 days a week at the Berlin campus.
  • 27 days holiday with an extra day in the 2nd and 3rd year of service.
  • Educational Budget (1,000 €), language courses, parental support and access to the Udemy Business platform.
  • Health Checkups, Meditation, Gym & Bicycle Subsidy.
  • Employee Share Purchase Plan, Sabbatical Bank, Public Transportation Ticket Discount, Life & Accident Insurance, Corporate Pension Plan.
  • Digital Meal Vouchers, Food Vouchers, Corporate Discounts.
