Pricing is one of the core disciplines within XLever. We are looking for a pricing specialist who understands that the job is not finished when a new price has been calculated.

What matters is how that pricing decision interacts with pack architecture, portfolio, customer conditions, promotions and ultimately realized margin.

You will work directly on the commercial questions behind pricing in Consumer Goods.

• 01 Pricing strategy and price architecture
• 02 Price ladders by segment and pack
• 03 Price realization and margin leakage
• 05 Elasticity and scenario modelling
• 06 Willingness-to-pay considerations
• 07 Pricing governance and decision rules
• 08 Portfolio and channel pricing
• 09 Preparation for future pricing rounds
• Strong pricing expertise with a track record of commercial impact
• Background in strategy consulting, pricing advisory or a commercial Consumer Goods role
• Ideally from MBB, another leading consultancy or an industry pricing function
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort with complex modelling
• Commercial judgement that goes beyond the model
• Deep understanding of P&L mechanics and margin drivers
• Ability to turn rigorous analysis into clear, actionable commercial decisions
