Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

In this Pricing Manager role, you shape competitive prices for Europe’s leading e-commerce pharmacy. You’ll monitor market dynamics, recommend price actions, and implement changes to boost revenue and margin while supporting customer value. You’ll collaborate with pricing, country management, and data teams, and contribute to improving pricing processes and AI-enabled tools. This position offers growth as you take on broader pricing topics and refine data-driven decision making.

• Manage day-to-day pricing for the assigned market or business area, tracking prices, competitor movements, demand, revenue and margin to spot opportunities and risks
• Analyze product- and category-level data to translate insights into concrete pricing actions in collaboration with pricing colleagues, Country Management and Category Management
• Implement approved price changes and assess their impact on competitiveness, behavior, revenue and margin to inform future decisions
• Work with large datasets in Excel and progressively use R and other analytics tools, partnering with Data/Data Science teams to improve reporting, models and AI-based pricing solutions
• Contribute to the ongoing development of pricing capabilities, processes, data quality and decision-support tools while taking on more complex topics

• Experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or data-driven roles
• Interest in consumer/product pricing with experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG or B2C environments involving SKUs, products or categories
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, data prep, lookups); knowledge of R, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau is advantageous
• Ability to translate analyses into practical commercial recommendations and to collaborate with commercial and technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English; comfortable with hybrid work and occasional onsite in Cologne
