As Principal Research Developer, LLM, you will design architectures and refine generative AI models for dialog, search, and mobility-focused tasks. • Design and implement architectures using state-of-the-art generative AI models for dialog, destination entry, search, and related domains
• Optimize LLM performance through prompting, fine-tuning, and architecture improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into customized LLM-based solutions
• Research and enhance models to improve performance and speed on resource-constrained platforms
• Stay current with advances in generative AI, dialog, and language modeling, applying new techniques to improve systems

• Extensive experience in developing Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience relating LLMs to Dialog, Virtual Assistants, ASR, Visual processing, or Text-to-Speech
• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Strong Python programming skills and ability to implement complex ML algorithms
