Your Role

In the role of Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

We are seeking an experienced o9 Product Planning Consultant to design, build, and deploy end‑to‑end Product Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions using the o9 Solutions platform.

The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into scalable technical solutions using IBPL, o9 Reference Models, PL/SQL based data integrations, and Python plugins.

Key Responsibilities

Product Planning & Functional Ownership

• Experience in implementing Product Planning processes including:
  • Demand–Supply netting
  • Inventory & safety stock planning
  • Capacity constrained supply planning
  • Scenario simulation & what if analysis
• Support S&OP / IBP cycles with actionable planning outputs
• Translate business requirements into o9 planning models and measures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • o9 IBPL (Integrated Business Planning Language)
  • o9 Product Planning & Supply Planning modules
• Excellent knowledge of:
  • Product Planning & Supply Chain concepts

Good to Have Skills

• Experience working with:
  • o9 S&OP / IBP
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting
  • Advanced analytics or ML use cases
