Principal Engineer – Modelling & Verification of Analog Mixed-Signal Systems

In this role, you will lead the modelling and verification of complex analog and mixed-signal blocks across AMS IPs, shaping next-generation semiconductors. You’ll work with both analog and digital design teams to define robust strategies and ensure seamless integration. You will stay at the forefront of modelling advances, contributing to internal and external publications. • Lead end-to-end modelling and verification of analog and mixed-signal blocks (e.g., SerDes, sensor interfaces, PLLs, CTLEs) from conception to sign-off.
• Define and improve system-level modelling strategies for accuracy, speed, and coverage.
• Collaborate with analog and digital design teams to drive model development and enable comprehensive test generation.
• Stay at the cutting edge of modelling and verification, contributing to patents, papers, or publications.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Manage priorities across multiple projects and resolve technical and organizational challenges.
• Engage with multicultural, multidisciplinary teams and partner organizations across locations.

• Several years of hands-on experience in analog modelling, high-speed interface development, and AMS IP verification (Ethernet, SerDes, DDR, sensor interfaces, PLL, CTLE).
• Deep understanding of interface architectures (channel equalization, CDR) and system-level AMS modelling.
• Proficiency in SPICE, Python, and other industry-standard simulation tools; SystemC-AMS or equivalent is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and ability to optimize verification strategies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with intercultural and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven leadership in project teams and mentoring; strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel for cross-site collaboration and project needs.
