Principal Presales Lead AI tools platform (m/w/d)

We are looking for an artificial intelligence solution prototyping and sales support consultant to obsess about customer problem solving, solution improvements, and opportunities for growth. You will enable sales by demoing and modifying our AI anonymization solution, and the video language model of our larger unit's data platform. The exciting prototypes and proof of concepts you build are key to our customers' success. You must have a passion for great customer experience, sales enablement, and strong technical skills.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an artificial intelligence solution prototyping and sales support consultant to obsess about customer problem solving, solution improvements, and opportunities for growth. You will enable sales by demoing and modifying our AI anonymization solution, and the video language model of our larger unit's data platform. The exciting prototypes and proof of concepts you build are key to our customers' success. You must have a passion for great customer experience, sales enablement, and strong technical skills.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You enable sales roles with strong solution designs, demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements.

• You develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements.

• You will manage and respond to customer and partner inquiries via our ticketing system and email.

• You improve team efficiency (AI methods/FAQs, online community, documentation).

IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU BRING:

• at least 10 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.

• more than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical roles with customer contact.

• knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.

• experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.

• strong communication skills and are fluent in English.

ALSO DESIRABLE:

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plus.

• Experience with Milestone XProtect or other VMS technology is a plus.

• A good understanding of hardware is a plus.

• We expect a very low frequency of travel of less than once per month.
