Principal Solution Architect (Presales Lead AI)

• We are looking for an artificial intelligence solution prototyping and sales support consultant to obsess about customer problem solving, solution improvements, and opportunities for growth
• You will enable sales by researching requirements, building PoCs, and modifying our AI solutions. Our solutions are at the forefront of AI development: Video and media data models and training, and you help create value with them
• You enable sales roles with strong solution designs, demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements
• You develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements
• You will manage and respond to customer and partner inquiries via our ticketing system and email
• You improve team efficiency (AI methods/FAQs, online community, documentation)

You must have a passion for great customer experience, sales enablement, and strong technical skillsExperience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environmentsMore than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or customer support or other technical roles with customer contactKnowledge of Python programming on Linux environmentsAt least 8 years of experience as a consultant or software developerStrong communication skills and are fluent in EnglishExperience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plusExperience with Milestone XProtect or other VMS technology is a plusA good understanding of on-premise and embedded AI technology is a plusWe expect a very low frequency of travel of less than once per month
